We stayed at the Bastion Centrum during the heatwave and were dismayed to find that there was no air conditioning at the hotel. The rooms were unbearably hot and there were no fans available. The assistant manager Mike Cerovac was very helpful but the rest of the staff were not. The evening meal was good but the breakfast was a hit or miss affair. No fresh fruit or cold meat on the last morning! Rooms were clean but we had to ask for extra toiletries after the first day. A good 10 minute journey on the tram from the city centre. World Fashion centre not open to the public.
