The garden needs a lot of tidying up - it was rather sad in early March 2007. As for a room at the back to avoid the bells every half an hour. Otherwise OK hotel for the price.

Nobody tells you about the church directly opposite. The bells ring on the hour EVERY hour AND half hour, day and night. Take ear plugs. Hotel is very clean but decor needs a refresh. Would rate it as a two star not three. Breakfast is OK, slow in replenishing the hot food. Expensive for what it is. No 2 tram great for getting to City Centre
