Unusual Hotel Complex

As 2 middle aged single sisters, we enjoyed our holiday in an unusual hotel complex. Yes it could be noisy but it didn't spoil it. The rooms were cleaned daily and the room was comfortable. The pool wasn't open but we would have liked to have known beforehand &/or told by the staff not by other guests. The staff were not very informative about the hotels general information. This apart we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Stayed in apartment for 16 nights. Big modern appartment with OK kitchen and equipment. Bathroom OK, but many broken tiles etc. Cleaning below average (dirty walls!) Major problem: Noise from nearby discos at night. Weekends: Don't expect to sleep before 5am! Tried to change to quiet end of building - they demanded almost 2x the Lm19.95 price.

Decent hotel with everything clean and neat. Reception staff were a bit elitist and cold, but helpful. Main down point was the breakfast, barely anything worth eating. What there was, wasn't particularly nice.

Top Local Tips for St. Julians

Lacks culture 95% of eating establishments glitzy, Pizza\Pasta, catering for kids and Italians.... Lacking local Maltese culture and flavour. For a taste of Malta....go to Capital, approx 1 Euro on local bus.

The buses on the island are very cheap and frequent Don't drive
