This hotel was very very nice. It made our stay in Malta a very pleasant experience. We moved to this hotel one day into our stay as the other one was horrible and filthy. The staff here were very helpful and pleasant. Our room was cleaned on a regular basis and was fully airconditioned. The pool was always clean and the restarant was lovely. I'd definately return and recommend it to others going to Malta.

This was our first time in Malta so we didn't know what to expect. The hotel looks great from the outside and as you walk in, the lobby is very spacious and stylish. There is a coffee shop in the lobby which serves lovely hot chocolate, a variety of sandwiches and very tasty ham and cheese toasties! The reception staff were very helpful throughout our visit and we found all staff in all areas of the hotel very helpful and friendly. The bedrooms are again very spacious and well aired. You have a fan and air conditioning in your room. The room was well cleaned each day and we did not experience anything breaking during our stay. The evening entertainment was ok, more suited to people older than ourselves I think. The only thing that let the hotel down was the food in the restaurant we got talked into buying three evening meals in the restaurant by the reception staff as we arrived, as we were staying b&b. The food was'nt to our taste but it was'nt awful. I didnt like the taste of the food as it was very bland, It was buffet style and there was alot of people (mainly germans and french)pushing you out of the way to get to the food! I dont think I could have eaten there every night. There is an italian restaurant attached to the hotel which we had some of our favourite meals in, the food is well prepared and good value for money. If you are staying b&b there are plenty of restaurants in Buggiba square just down the road. We had some lovely meals whilst in Malta, if you like pizza and pasta then you'll love it! The pool is very nice, it did get quite overcrowded whilst we were there so we tended to find something to do in the day and go down to the pool at about 3:30pm. The hotel is great and if you look at some of the other hotels in the resort we felt very privelleged to be staying where we were.
A bit of advice if you dont want a bad meal whilst you are there. There is a chineese restaurant and a restaurant called ta pawla directly opposite the hotel, the food at the chineese was very overpriced and the meat did not taste like meat, the other place was hot and sticky and the restaurant was very dirty. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and I think I would return to the same hotel in a couple of years time.
