Huge disappointment

Spent three weeks at this hotel after booking it from its description on Internet. This hotel does not live up to its description. The air conditioning in the rooms is fixed and ineffective. We recorded temperatures of between 30 and 40 degrees C. It was unbearably hot. Asked for a fan and were given a broken one. We moved rooms 4 times but still had same problem with air conditioning. TV and radio did not work. The fitness room was in a dangerous condition with broken equipment. The indoor pool filtration was switched off and the sauna had the plug cut off. A building site was situated next door and the balcony was covered in dust daily. The entertainment room consisted of a broken pool table and two broken video games. We were on a bed and breakfast basis and the food was a very basic continental style, no cooked food available. One morning we found mould on the bread and had to complain. Staff were dour faced and generally unhelpful especially when I was ill and asked to borrow the reception fan in the night which they refused. All in all a huge disappointment!
