Badly in need of refurbishment. The rudest staff on earth, who are swamped all day long with customer complaints. Dont go there!!

A hotel like home

Jerma Place Hotel can make your stay feel like home. My family and I although we're from Malta, spent a couple of days at the hotel last year. The service was great, the rooms were spotless and the view from the suites is fabulous. We look forward to this winter when we're likely to go again.

My family recently stayed at the four star Jerma palace. we upgraded to a junior suite on the 4th floor with spectacular sea views, the room was clean spacious and very comfortable. The food in the hotel is excellent, from the extensive buffet breakfast catering to all nationalities, at lunch time the nautico bar did pastas burgers and grills (the seafood pasta was fantastic) and in the evening a buffet with soups, pasta, three main courses and a good selection of desserts, there was also coffee and cheeses. The hotel was a 15 minute walk from the town along a lovely promanade just long enough to walk off your evening meal and ready yourself for a drink at one of the many bars along the harbour. I would recomend this hotel, the staff are frendly and efficent, any small gripes were quickly attended to. I will be looking forward to my next stay.
