We stayed here for 7 nights in May 2006, and had a great holiday. We found the room and bathroom to be very clean, we were grateful for the ceiling fan (as there was a heatwave during the week of our visit), and we had a nice sea view from our balcony. The only problem we had with the room was that the mattresses were quite firm, and on the first night I didn't sleep very well, being 5 months pregnant. However, when we mentioned this to the hotel staff the next day they immediately provided us with another room, with a nice soft bed, and an even better view than the previous room! Overall, we were pleased with the standard of the rooms, we think we got great value for money, but what was most outstanding was the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff who work for this family run business. For instance, we hired a car for a few days, and during this time managed to get a ticket from traffic police, which needed to be paid within 7 days. I asked for advice from the hotel owner and one of his sons (as we were travelling home the next day) and they spoke to the local council and the car hire company on my behalf - problem solved! Also on the last day we checked out of our room but weren't leaving for the airport till evening. We asked at reception if we could store our luggage until our departure time and were pleasantly surprised at being offered another room. We were provided with a room on the ground floor, complete with shower and air conditioning, free of charge, where we stored our luggage and were also able to shower and change before leaving. If we were to stay in Bugibba again, we would definitely stay at this hotel - we can't commend highly enough.

Worst hotel ever

Rooms were like prison cells, no TV (unlike the brochure said) inside and outside pool was unclean. Spoke to reception and they just shrugged their head. I had a room with a view of a condenser and a mouldy wall. Rubbish restaurant. Would on return if I was sentenced there!!! Very poor would not recommend!

Hotel easily located, clean, staff friendly. Food not too bad but snack bar is bit restricted. Clean towels daily, bedding weekly. No fridge in rooms bit let down, but balcony on every room and fan as standard. a/c extra. is near centre square(300m) sea (400m. coffee shop really is open 24/7, lukes 9-6 and bar 6.15 til late. good for families and couples, indoor pool, outdoor pool and kids pool, games room, Tv room, internet access. If we return to Malta would use again.
