Marostica and Vicenza people watching We were there on Halloween, which is just beginning to be a popular event in Italy. It was really interesting to watch the trick-or-treaters go door to door in the shops, and their costumes are much more gruesome than we have here generally speaking. Lots of red paint splashed on their costumes (blood, gore) and they travel in groups. Also the people watching is fascinating, as the euro fashions are eye-opening, and it is fun to see what people are wearing. Many women could be models, they are so gorgeous. And the shoes...WOW.
