Castelvecchio Pinacoteca Remember to go and see the museum of Castelvecchio, it takes you a couple of hours but it is really worthy because of the place too: the old Castle of middle age. Visit it during the morning because the halls are very dark.

Travelling by Car in Italy As they say, travelling by car in Italy is not for the faint of heart. This hotel has parking spaces and is accessible and close to Verona's sightseeing and historic attractions. I recommend booking in advance including parking, and going straight to the hotel to park before you do anything else. We made the mistake of going to the underground parking, then the hotel booking agency. The underground parking guy wanted us to leave our keys in the car. No way we were doing that with our rental car. When we got back they gave us a hard time, and our car was keyed!
