The rooms are spacious and clean, and I believe that you can't get better rooms at a lower price in Venice. The hotel was probably converted from a private residence so you could get the cozy feel - and the staffs were very friendly too =)
What a find!

About thirty quid a night per person for central Venice! Spotless rooms, most having the sun much of the day helping the flowers in the window boxes to grow. The owners speak good English; there's a little continental breakfast served in your room. The doubles/twins are ensuite and there's only a couple of singles for the separate bathroom a few feet along the corridor. Really handy for the waterbus and close to a traghetto; six/seven minutes walk to St Mark's Square, three or four to the Accademia bridge. (Longer if you can't resist the ice cream parlour on the corner of the nearby square!) You have to climb to the third floor to get to it, hence not 10 out of 10, but for a travelling singleton or even a quiet romantic stop for a couple who don't want room service, tv, restaurant, all those chain hotel things - perfect! Wish I could afford to go more often (I HATE flying!). Clean, clean, clean.
