Quite difficult to find when first arriving on Murano island, could do with detailed map on web-site. Locanda Conterie is situated in a very quiet area, the accommodation is immaculate and decorated to a high standard, however the standard room size is very small. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. I would also point out that no restaurants are open on Murano island at night from October to April, but it is only a short trip to Venice.
