I was pleasantly surprised... the price is excellent, the hotel staff friendly, ambiance fabulous, small rooms, but everything you need is there, breakfast was great and bar area accessible for quite times...even rooms available for just enjoying each others company...
A wonderful surprise!

As our tour bus headed thru the commercial section of Venice, I was not impressed and was very apprehensive as to where we would end up spending the night. However, we were pleasantly surprised - it is a LOVELY hotel, exquisitely furnished, but small, rooms. Dinner was absolutely wonderful , could actually drink and enjoy the coffee, and the continental breakfast was the best we were served anywhere on our 11 day trip. Can't believe this is only a 2 star hotel - must be due to the location, because all else was first-rate!!!
