Transfer to Hotel For mature travelers and first time travelers on your own I would suggest purchasing transfers from the airport and /or the train station to your hotel. It is well worth the cost... Takes the stress from trying to use the water vaporetto with luggage. Check Italian websites or a travel agent. For hotels check with Yeego.com we found a lesser rate for the Savoia and Jolanda Hotel
Catch the Vaporetto or walk if you can. Water Taxis are very expensive, so if you're conserving your holiday money, use the water bus (Vaporetto).
