Top Local Tips for Venice

If you are staying NE of Venice there's an easy way into the City We were staying near Caorle on the coast and had a hire car. We drove to Punta Sabbioni and caught a ferry from there. It was not expensive, there was plenty of parking and the ferry took us straight to San Marco (San Zaccaria). As a bonus there was even a tiny public toilet at Punta Sabbioni! Very rare in Italy.
