Top Local Tips for Venice

Be careful when picking out your own fish for dinner! We ate a nice place on the grand canal that had reasonable prices for dinner. However we picked out a fresh fish and they cooked it for us. It was very good, but the fish alone cost $65 Euro and we had no idea until the check came. Kinda feel like took us.... Not sure how many places do this sort of thing.
