Just returned from venice on 24th march. After reading very negative views about the hotel i was pleasantly suprised when we arrvied. Great location, less than five minutes walk from St Marks square and great views from the roof garden overlooking the basin. Hotel was very clean, not modern but in keeping with the history of Venice. The staff were very friendly and i would go back there again.
