Very rude receptionist

The receptionist is the worst I have ever known or met in my life. My family called 4 times from overseas on July 7 around 10 pm, he failed to make proper transfers. When asked what is the problem, he did not say sorry. Instead, he started to shout and then simply hang up. What's worse, he refused to transfer calls from my family the whole night. What a lousy hotel! BTW, I also emailed the hotel directly too, demanding an apology)
