The rooms were clean, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was quite the bargain...considering the prices in Venice at this time.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel was roomy and very clean. Also, the staff were very helpful. We are planning to go to Venice again and will be booking at this hotel again.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel,
we had 100's of bites at first we put them down to mozzies, until one morning we saw around 10 or so black bugs in our bed, they scampers away in seconds. We have now heard from 3 other couples who had the same bad experience.

Top Local Tips for Venice

Taking the train to Venice If you want to stay out in Quarto D'Altino and take the train to Venice, stay at the actual Holiday Inn, not at the Holiday Inn Express. The train station is connected to the Holiday Inn and the trip is quite easy. The town of Quarto D'Altino has nothing to offer so plan on spending all of your time in Venice and just returning to Quarto to sleep.
