Delightful Foscari Palace Hotel

We were delighted during our two-night stay at the Foscari Palace Hotel, May 29 and 30, 2005. The room and private bath were modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was exeptional - includes hot items. The 4 members of the front desk staff and the bellman provided superbly friendy and efficient service. We especially appreciated the assistance in coping with the transit strike that occurred the morning of our departure. The hotel is well located - 7 minute walk to Rialto Bridge, 20 minute walk to San Marco, close to Ca' D'Oro vaporetto stop & easy to find on foot.
