Well, an awful lot must have changed in the past two years as this hotel is fantastic! Great location, friendly staff, lovely rooms etc... Am so glad I read more recent reviews on other sites, before booking. Would return over and over again.

Badly run hotel

Very poor hotel. Would never stay there again – cramped, not very clean. A few very nice members of staff but a few people working there who should not be in the hotel business – abrupt, ignorant and not in the least welcoming. The sort of people who give Italians a bad name. Indeed, Italians in general could work a little on their manners.
