A very pleasant hotel!

This is a very pleasant and traditional family owned hotel with some interesting paintings on the walls. We had very nice rooms with a balcony overlooking the little canal in front. The bathrooms were quite smart and in good order and the rooms were very clean and tidy. It's in a good location and pleasantly walkable with wheels on luggage from the main water station. An ideal place to walk out to the friendly local bars and restaurants on the main streets and pedestrian areas of the Venice Lido. The hotel did a good rate and the buffet breakfast was fine. Nice flat area for walking or cycling around near the hotel and along the little tree lined roads.The staff were helpful and friendly and there is a little bar where you can also have a drink at night once you get back.A very good place for a holiday atmosphere and we would go back again.

Nice hotel in a quiet area, close to the vaporetto and the beach. Enjoyable breakfast. Staff was a bit mixed; some were very friendly, others never smiled. Clean bathroom with plenty of towels. I'd definitely stay there again when in Venice.
