Warning! Beware of the unprofessional behavior of the owner of this hotel. We reserved a room in person for the following day, left a credit card number and cell phone contact number. When we arrived the next day to check in, the owner said the occupant of our room was staying an extra day, so too bad for us, these things happen.
That's it, they never bothered to call, even though they knew the room was unavailable, or help us with plans to find another hotel. They were extremely rude, and seemed to think it wasn't that big a deal since we were only staying one night.
After finding a new hotel in Moneglia, the front desk personnel of that hotel told us they're constantly getting people who thought they had a reservation with Villa Edera, but were dumped for a longer staying guest. The owner of Villa Edera is an unprofessional, greedy discredit to her profession. |
