Friendly Staff and great location

The front desk english speaking staff were great! The non-english speaking staff were also VERY accomodating and helpful and tried very hard to understand what we needed or wanted. We planned on 1 day on Turin and stayed for 3 as our stay at Dogana Vecchia was so relaxed. The GPS helped a lot in finding it. We left the car there while we walked to everything in Turin.

We went with Corin and Nicola in July 05 and just want to confirm what they've said - very friendly and helpful staff, a lovely building with huge airy hallways, fantastic dining room with big sofas at one end, in a great spot, and with nice breakfasts. We'd definitely go there again.

Well positioned hotel in centre, close to restaurants and late shopping. Very friendly staff. Limited car parking for guests but difficult to find entrance due to maze of narrow one-way streets.

Great Hotel in quiet road, recent renovation does not extend to all areas but this adds to the stately feel. Rooms OK but hard beds although have air con and TV. Breakfasts good with a selection of continental stuff. Best of all are the location which is great for the old quarter of Turin and the very freindly staff - highly recommended!!
