Awful Hotel

Horrible tower block in dubious area of Treviso. Front reception in Marble looks grand and bedrooms are ok but there was no bar available or restaurant when we arrived and we had to go downtown to eat. We were kept awake by noisy German neighbors and our 14yr old son in a room down the corridor had partying Italians outside his room and on the paio below him - obviously they had brought their own beer as there was none available in the Fawlty Towers of Treviso. Breakfast was spartan and staff were brisk and unhelpful. We were on a cycling holiday and the tour operators had already received significant numbers of complaints from other cyclists and will not be using the Hotel next season. But for reasonable rooms (no air conditioning however), this would have been a 1!
