A very good room,(top floor) and for Italy a very good price, but you carry the luggage up the stairs. Basic continental breakfast but was unable to get infomation on other meals (they may not offer them !!!) Communication difficulty? I think this is family run and I INTEND TO RETURN ps The best tap beer that I sampled in Italy
