Very Disappointing

We understood this Hotel was a Five Star. After our stay as a Honeymoon Couple I would not agree. The Decor and athmosphere of the Hotel was very Cold. The staff were very rude and in no way helpful. No entertainment and not convenient to the town of Sorrento. Friends of ours stayed in the Ambiasciattori Hotel. Now that I call a Five Star!!
