A wonderful experience. The room was large (though the a/c was weak). The breakfast was very good (and included), and dinner the same (and reasonably priced, as was the room itself). Not looking for an over the top expense? Looking for over the top views? This is the place to stay in Tuscany.

Lovely & Picturesque
I loved the hotel for it's beautiful location, views, and general tranquility. The service was also very nice. The meals were good and satisfying. The only thing I would personally change is to make the policy 'Adults Only.' So many of us are looking for the beauty and serenity we picture in our minds when booking a villa in Tuscany, and the reality of noise and children when lying next to the pool was admittedly a real disappointment. However, away from the pool, it was still pretty peaceful. The terrace and the view are wonderful. I would definitely go there again. If it weren't for the kids, and considering the price charged, I would rate it a 9.
