Live Italian Night time walks with street opera, drum bands, try any restaurant, order in Italian , it is dead easy even if you can not speak it before arriving. Relax in to the Siena lifstyle, try Wild Boar, Pheasant cooked in feathers, Porcini mushrooms, local salumis, cheeses and lots of Sangiovese red wine, don't bother to pay top dollar for Chianti Classico, it is only as good as you get in Australia with local wines. Siena is a wonderful place to spend a full week of your life to take home a lifetime of memories.
