The hotel is close to the main rail terminus, although being recessed behind other buildings on the street it is a little hard to find at first. Look for the sign 'HOTEL PENSION', which stands out, then the name of the hotel can be found on a small sign. The staff on the check - in desk are pleasant and the rooms are clean and adequate, although small. Breakfast is of a normal standard and plenty is available, although the staff are rather grim. The only real disadvantage is the area around the hotel, which has a feel of the King's Cross locality and I felt no desire to linger, but one or two streets away the atmosphere changes to a more normal town centre. It provides good value for money in an expensive city.

Roma Termini When we found our accommodations lacking and not as represented, we went door to door to the many hotels in the area. This was initially overwhelming, but soon discovered it wasn't so hard to just walk in and ask for availability and pricing. Best values were on the north side of the termini as well as being the best neighborhood.
