Staff are unhelpful and lazy

Room was Ok, Location was good, but my god how difficult it was to get any help before i arrived. Not good business and dam right lazy and unhelpful. I will not stay here again and i highly recommend you pay a little bit more and stay somewhere else.

Worst hostel experience of my life. Black mold in bathrooms, toilet plugged in one bathroom all 3 days we were there. Sink plugged all 3 days in another. Standing water in bathroom. Door handle fell off, locking someone in bathroom in middle of night. No curtain on one bathroom, nice naked view of Rome while showering ļ

Bare wires exposed in our room. Floor was gross throughout the facility. When I complained, they said the problems were mine, because it was the travelers who make the mess, not them. Marginal janitorial service. Breakfast isn't worth mentioning.

Save your money and sleep on the street.

Worst hotel ever

This is the worst hotel I've ever been in! 4 cabins with showers and toilets (covered with mould and contains clogged shower drains). It smells, the beds give you aching pains in your back and the rooms are smaller than my room (I shared it with 6 other students)

Don't stay at a hotel in Rome without AC or fan in the summer! Don't stay at a hotel/hostel without AC or fan in the summer!!! Way too hot and impossible to sleep at nights!!! If you come to Rome anytime between April and September make sure your hotel/hostel room has AC or at least a fan before bookig it!!!
