5 mins to Vatican but 3 hour queue so have early breakfast and wear comfy shoes. We got to St Peters Basillica about 7.45 am (another early start) and went straight in when we came out another 3 hour queue. If you enjoy walking other attractions are about 2 miles away but there is a metro just round corner from hotel which is very easy to follow and will take you to see other sights. Hotel receptionist was very very helpful. Make sure you get price for journey from airport to hotel as we got done should be 60 euros. Rome is beautiful so enjoy.

Basic, simple and clean. Some staff friendly and helpful and others a bit harried.

The rooms were very small but clean and "no frills". The staff for the most part were helpful but a few were very rushed and seemed overworked. Breakfast was okay considering they didn't have a real restaurant which proved a problem in the evening. Would choose another hotel the next trip.

The hotel is located literally within 5 minutes walk of the Vatican. The area itself was a quite down-trodden and dirty. The hotel was basic but clean. The staff were very helpful. My main disappointment was the restaurant. It wasn't possible to eat there during the evening. If your purpose is to visit the Vatican then this location is good, but only to for a very short stay.
