Missing something
The rooms were smallish,and superior equated to an inside wall view, with someone 5 feet away hanging out of his room smoking.
Food was excellent, but only the one restaurant, which wants a tie worn. Okay for an evening, but for a snack it was go out or room service.
Staff all very helpful.
Excellent location, a five minute walk from the spanish steps and the main shopping/tourist areas. Just seemed cramped for a 5 star hotel - but it had the location.

Sumptuous
I have stayed twice at this hotel, everything you should expect at this level, luxurious rooms,excellent service, a beautifull Michelin * restaurant with amazing views, the only minus was the almost total lack of storage space for clothes etc. This for reasons i cant fathom is not unique to this establishment but at these prices its unacceptable not to be able to hang a suit up, I would still thoroughly recommend this hotel. It really is 5*.
