I have already stayed 2 times in this nice hotel. I sure will come back. It is my place in Roma! Already several of my friends found the way to this hotel. It is nearby Termini, it is clean, comfort is good. Good place to stay!

Top Local Tips for Rome

ArcheoBus tour bus (Via Appia Antica) The ArcheoBus is a hop on/hop off tour bus which takes you along part of the Via Appia Antica and some of its sites--catacombs, the aqueducts, ancient Roman ruins. It allows you to experience fascinating parts of Rome that lie outside of the city center. We greatly enjoyed it.

Terravision transfers I would be very nervous about using Terravision again. When we arrived at the airport in Rome there were several Terravision buses. We gave them our departure flight time and they told us to meet the bus at 5.30 pm (on New Year's Day). Our flight was at 8.30 pm. We were given the last 4 seats on the bus as we arrived 10 minutes earlier. Other people around us were complaining bitterly that there had not been room on the previous earlier bus at 4.30 pm and were told to return for the 5.30 pm and now there was not room for them. This made us very nervous about what we would have done if we had not got onto the bus and had needed to come back for the 6.30 pm making us late reaching the airport.

Colosseum The BEST way to get in to the Colosseum without standing in the horribly long line is to visit Palatine Hill first and purchase a combination ticket for Palatine Hill and the Colosseum - with your ticket from Palatine Hill (which never seemed to have a line,) you can bypass the long ticket line at the Colosseum.
