Our stay was ok but on our arrival we asked for an upgrade which we were told we could have the following day, we did not unpack. On the following day we were told we could not upgrade until the next day. Later that evening our room on the third floor along with about four other rooms were broken into (no forced entry) just by using a swipe card and my beloved Apple Powerbook laptop was stolen along with a charger for my camera, my wife’s switch card and Forty Pounds in English money.
All in all not an enjoyable stay, we have been back now about two months almost three The Manager refuses to return any emails, Fax's and telephone calls as do their insurance company.
So to sum up, If you have something you treasure or al least like unless you want to carry it around Rome with you, DON'T STAY THERE.
