Stayed in a triple. Hotel was clean, rooms simple, but clean. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Would stay again and recommend it to anyone liking simplicity, value and location.
Stay away!

1) Extremely noisy.
2) Bathroom smelled suage. Very low standard, and very small shower cabinett.
3) Blankets for the beds have probably not been cleaned in ages. We both got flea bites!!!
4) TV was completely of no value. All channels were in Italian.
5) Breakfast was appalling. Instant coffee, instant juice. Only two selection spread/cold cuts: Marmelade and one sausage. No bread, and buns with mostly air.
6) Elevator so shaky that we didn't even dare to use it.
7) Most of the staff were not very good at speaking English.

Reasonable and Convenient

I took my 65-year-old mother to Italy, and stayed at this hotel in Rome. While it wasn't a gorgeous or sumptuous hotel, it was indeed sufficiently comfortable for a two night stay for both of us. The most important factor, though, was its location. It is located about ten or twelve minutes [walking] from the main train and bus station in Rome, which is to where airport trains arrive and from where many city and tour buses depart. I've stayed in better, but I've DEFINITELY stayed in worse! I would return if I found myself in Rome again.
