After reading other reviews before staying at the hotel we were a bit apprehensive but need not have worried, the staff were helpful could speak good English and in fact I had my wallet stolen on the metro which had all my money and credit cards in it, they arranged to get us to the airport, fed us that night and we were told we could pay any outstanding bills when we got back to England, without their help we don’t know what we would have done.
