I have stayed at Hotel Milo more than 1 time and each time I have enjoyed my stay. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. It's very close to attractions.

Very comfortable clean and friendly. Close to all tourist attractions. Very reasonably priced. Hope to stay again. Would recommend to anyone on first visit to rome.

Top Local Tips for Rome

Rome Ciampino Airport Transfers The airport is quite a way out and dosen't appear to have good public transport links. Would advise using a company called Terravision who collect you from airport in a coach and drop you at Termini station in the centre of Rome, they offer one way or return tickets. I paid 8 Euros for a one way transfer. Web Site is http://www.terravision.it/

Entrance to Colosseum Buy the tickets for Colosseum, Forum Romanum and the Palatines, at the Forum Romanum entrance, much shorter lines, and be aware that the ticket is for all the above mentioned sights :))

Ryan's Tip about Rome Spend several days there. We were just there for 1 day before leaving on a cruise and we rushed to see everything. There's so much to see and do, plan on spending at least 3 days there.
