Madison Hotel Rome

We got stuck in this hotel by Galles, which, I suspect, overbooked and had to send us somewhere. We enjoyed the spectacle of brawling kitchen help almost as much a listening to the rumble and screech of the metro if we wanted some fresh air. And the noise of departing guests was a real plus too. The front desk staff was helpful and polite but that's about all I can say good about this place. It is right across from Termini, convenient but also a cruddy neighborhood. There were small things wrong with the room that never got fixed even though they were obvious to the housekeeping staff. We'll never stay here again unless absolutely desperate. The breakfast, however, was quite good.

This Hotel is possibily the worst I have every stayed in, you have no facilities in the bedrooms, the breakfast is crap & the front of house staff must off been hiding behind a big door when god was handing out good manners they were extremely unhelpful and had zero concern for their customers. I would not recommend this place to a even a dog to stay in.
