The front desk never picks up the phone!

My husband stayed there and I had to get a hold of him, but no one answered the phone. I had been trying for 30 minutes. The hotel should have automated phone service that can transfer calls to guest rooms! The management should think about that. It was very very unprofessional! Terrible!

Great Location, Friendly Staff

This hotel had a great location it was approx. 10 mins walk in either direction from all the sights including the Vatican. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the restraunt food was superb. definately recommended.

Jolly Da Vinci : a solid choice

This is a well situated, clean and comfortable hotel. Love the neighborhood and nearby shopping, restaurants and walking. We would and plan to stay at this hotel or one near the piazza cavour in the future.
