    Waste of money
I spent a few nights here as part of a tour. We began and ended the tour here, and the 2nd room was cleaner than the first. The staff seemed great and professional, however the CONDITIONS were awful. My bathroom had cigarette ash behind the door, in the corner... the showers were never as clean as I'd had hoped...the shower heads were all crusty. The rooms smelled stale... EVERY NIGHT the live music outside kept me awake until at least midnight. The music was fine, but not if you're wanting to sleep.

    4-star hotel? What a joke!
My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights as part of a tour package (3 nights before tour, 1 after). I had read reviews about this hotel and thought it can't be that bad and when we arrived at the hotel, the place looked ok; nice foyer, etc, but when we made our way to our room, it ended there. Our room was located down two very long corridors, towards the back of the complex. The corridor our room was in was dark, not only in decor but no lights in the ceiling-the wiring was there, but no fixtures; no sprinkler system and as people are allowed to smoke in their rooms, a huge problem if a fire breaks out; thread-bare curtains; even when the shower curtain was inside the bath, the bottom of the bath leaked, hence the musty, damp smell; towels were like kitchen tea towels; the air conditioning only came on between 3.00pm to 6.30 am; the weather was still warm and hot but they drained the pool as it was 'end of the season'; some front-line staff were rude, and as for the t... Horrible
This hotel is out of the way, making it a difficult chore to get in to see the sights. You have to walk (20 min) to a bus stop, switch to the subway, and then arrive where you're going. Not fun. Not in a good neighborhood. Halls have a musty smell. Rooms have paper thin walls, damp dank odor, and our room had the toilet UNDER the sink so that you had to shimmey under to use it. Do not stay here.

Worst 4 Star Hotel Ever Encountered
Rooms are small with nowhere to put our luggages, smelly, toilet unclean, uses utensils and towels with otherhotel's logo, staff unfriendly and service almost non-existing. They seems to cater for local tours. Terrible!
