We had a terrible stay here. The rooms are very loud from street and hallway noise. We stayed 3 nights and never got a good nights sleep. I know they do not change your bedding while you stay, but I also believe they don't change them at all. I ended up getting a skin rash from staying there and now need to see a doctor. The bathrooms are dirty and have mold in the shower. I would not stay there again. The breakfast is a joke as well. They are purely living off their location which is about 2 blocks from the Spanish steps.
