Stayed at the Eliseo June 2005, this hotel does not live up to 4 star rating. Our room was poorly decorated, the only antiques in our room were the pictures that were so awful, you would find them on a car boot. We had two rooms booked, second room air conditioning did not work. Asked for an iron, had to take iron and ironing board 5 floors up yourself, hardly 4 star service. Bar was shut on a Sunday, no tea or coffee facilites. The best part was the roof top breakfast room. Breakfast again for a 4 star was poor. Staff however were friendly. I have stayed in many hotels never bothered to review or complain before but I feel this one is worth mentioning.
