Tube Cavour Apartment - the worst ever!

Up 5 flights of stairs, a room 20ft by 10ft, no wardrobe - she told us to hang our clothes in the bathroom! When I complained it did not match the description on the web Patrizia said she had never had any complaints before. We had to stay that night & paid for it but got the balance of our deposit back & found a nice hotel the next day. This is the only bad experience I have ever had booking apartments on the net. It was a dump. Don't EVER use it.

The Metro might close before the posted time! We wanted to take the Metro at 11 PM. It was supposed to run until 11:30 PM, but the station was closed. We talked to some other travellers who said they had a hard time getting on at 10:30 PM. It seems like the buses run later.
