A wonderful experience!
I stayed at the Cavalieri Hilton with three girlfriends for four nights Oct-Nov. It was a fabulous stay!
We had two connecting double rooms, with Rome-view. Paying the extra cost for the view is really worth it if you want to enjoy the view over the Vatican City instead of the view of a giant TV antenna.
We also had booked the executive level, which meant we had access to the club room. That was simply great! This was an all-inclusive room, with a buffet changed five times a day. Great breakfast, lovely afternoon tea with sandwiches and cakes, little pies in the evening and snacks and drinks at night. Since a coke cost 8 Euro (yes, it's true. Ridiculous, but true) it felt good to relax in the club room with free drinks...
The executive level also gave us access to the Spa, which was lovely. Swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna...

Fab hotel
We stayed at the Cavalieri Hilton on business and I must say that it is the most sumptuous place I have ever stayed. I am not a seasoned traveller but I have been to a few hotels and this is by far the best. The surroundings are beautiful, the hotel is very quiet with comfortable rooms. All the rooms have spectacular views of Rome. The only thing is that it is expensive. I was lucky as ours was a business trip, it would take me ages to save the money to stay at this hotel but then again it would definelty be worth every penny.
