Wasteland Bizzarely, there is only one place to eat within a mile of this hotel. It's a real "IItalian" restaurant, used by locals almost exclusively. Turn left out of the hotel, walk down through the square until you come to traffic lights. restaurant(which looks like a hut) is on left .

We were met on our arrival at the airport by the car sent by the Villa.
We found very pleasant welcoming staff (who were always available and helpful at all times) and even though we arrived quite late, the dining room staff had waited to serve our dinner.
Very comfortable clean rooms (en suite) and no noise.
The Villa Domitilla is in a nice quite area. 7-10 mins walk from several bus stops. Most of these buses take one into the center of Rome.No 714 is a good one. We purchases 5 day bus tickets at the airport.
There is a chapel on the 3rd. floor. Would recommend this guest house and hope to stay there again.
