Too expensive for what it had to offer

The staff were friendly, the location was generally safe and good (15 minutes from train station), but we have a few complaints: the room we stayed in was so small (no sink or furniture), the shared bathroom was not very clean, no one replaced our sheets or towels over a three day period (in fact, we were only given one towel for two people), the staff was difficult to find, and the walls were too thin (our neighbors kept us up half the night). Not a bad place per se, just too expensive for what it had to offer. I don't think we would stay here again.

Great atmosphere, I was Happy

Stayed here early this year, the cleaning lady was very rude, made the bed but didnt change the sheets. Having said that, it is a real family run hotel. You look after yourself and the owners gave us a wonderful welcome, they intriduced us to a fantasic tour company AngeToursRome (www.angeltoursrome.com) which really made our trip. The guides speak native english they are all from Ireland which was a bonus for me. I am not sure the hotel is for everyone, only if you are on a budget, otherwise do tour with angel tours they are a real gem.

I stayed at the hotel during my Euro Trips over the summer, and I feel that the hotel is ok. It has very friendly staff that will help you if you have any problems and the rooms are very clean. However, having said that, the hotel is situated in an area which I think is not really safe.
