Poor Service & Unfriendly Staff

The hotel was not easy to find and was very tacty in presentation. The linens were fragrant of unine and at one point I was under the stong belief it doubled as a brothel. Definately not valued at 70euro per night which varied from the original rate of 55euro quoted in the telephone reservation I made 3 weeks prior . All of the TV channels were in Italian and offered no assistance in arranging tours since only one staff member (Marco) was willing to try to make our stay pleasant. Very noisy since located on a busy street corner and breakfast consisted of a stale crossiant and an expresso. I will not stay here again even if they paid me!
