This hotel maybe a 2 star and not very modern but we found it to be ideally situated for sightseeing in Rome. Friendly staff, clean rooms although a bit dated and the breakfast was sufficient for the money. The old fashion wet rooms (shower room) were ok if you adjusted the shower head accordingly and didn't put the water on a fast flow. Value for money was great i.e. four adults three nights bed and breakfast for £280 not bad. If you get the terravison bus service from Rome ciampiano airport into Rome it drops you off about a two minute walk from hotel
