Rude staff and long trip into Rome
My boyfriend and I stayed at Aris Garden for my 21st birthday. When we arrived straight away I realised that this was not a 4 star hotel - maybe 10 years ago! The hotel wasnt dirty but it was all very old. The breakfast was revolting - the bacon and eggs had all obviously been sits in a cold dish from 7 - 10. The reception staff at the Aris Garden were very helpful in telling us how to get in to the City centre using the bus (just around the corner) and the Metro. Takes about 30 minutes. Reception even sold the 1 Euro 75 minute bus/metro tickets which was useful if the news agents around the corner was closed.
The Aris Garden was ideal as a base and we would recommend i...Read more
