I first stayed at the Arcangelo in 2000 and have been there 3 times since for about a week each time. It is a very quiet hotel and I found the staff to be very helpfull and friendly. 2 of the men at the desk were the same ones each time and 2 of the breakfast workers also. The beds are a little more firm than I am used to but it is most likely good for my back. I thought the breakfast was perfectly adaquate, it is all you can eat. Nothing hot, but plenty of meat and cheese and fruit and lots of hot coffee and tea. I felt very safe in this area at all times with one girlfriend and it is very easy to get around. I do like to do alot of walking when in Europe. The front desk was always helpful when I had a question about my transportation which I usually arrange myself. I will most likely stay there on my next trip this spring with 2 friends.
